Statement
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and constitutes Doghouse Group Pty Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
This statement was approved by the Board of Directors and senior management on 1 May 2026.

We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
Our business
Doghouse Group was founded in 2006 and has grown into a team of more than 30 specialists across Melbourne and Perth.
We work with government and enterprise organisations across Australia, delivering digital platforms, support services, and open source technology solutions with a strong focus on accessibility, security, and long term sustainability.

Our supply chains
Our supply chains primarily consist of Australian based technology providers, cloud infrastructure platforms, software vendors, and professional services organisations.
We seek to work with suppliers that maintain ethical employment and procurement practices and assess supplier relationships in line with our operational and governance requirements.
Our policies
We are committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not exist within our business or supply chains. Our internal policies reflect our commitment to ethical conduct, responsible procurement, and fair employment practices.
We maintain governance, onboarding, and operational controls designed to support lawful and ethical business operations across our organisation.
Due diligence
As part of our risk management approach, senior staff are responsible for identifying and monitoring operational and supplier related risks within their areas of responsibility.

- Investigate concerns relating to modern slavery where required
Risk assessment
We currently assess the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains as low, based on the nature of our business activities, supplier profile, and operating jurisdictions.
We continue to review this assessment periodically and will update our practices where necessary.
Training
We provide staff with guidance and awareness relating to ethical business practices, workplace conduct, and modern slavery risks as part of onboarding and ongoing operational governance activities.
